Keystone hires exceptionally talented undergraduates to join the firm at the Associates level. Associates are smart, ambitious, and inquisitive people who thrive on applying quantitative analysis to solve complex business challenges. Keystone recruits Associates with a strong track record of academic excellence, leadership, and personal initiative.

MBAs

MBAs join Keystone at the Consultant level and are responsible for defining and supervising work streams, managing Associates, structuring and developing presentations, contributing to client recommendations, and supporting client relationships. Consultants typically join the firm from top business schools and have prior experience working in technology or in strategy or economic consulting.

Economists

Economists at Keystone have Masters or PhD degrees from leading institutions around the world. Economists at Keystone have the opportunity to work with unique data sets to tackle real-world problems and deliver advice to Fortune 100 companies and government institutions.

PhDs

Keystone recruits PhDs from a variety of degree programs including engineering, sciences, statistics, and economics. PhDs typically join at the Associate or Consultant level depending on the level of prior business experience.
