Bartley is a senior economist based out of Keystone’s Boston office. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, he earned a PhD in economics from the University of Michigan, where his studies focused on microeconomic theory with an emphasis on environments of incomplete information. He also holds a BA in economics and computer science from Williams College.
In his downtime, Bartley enjoys playing video games and ultimate Frisbee. His favorite things about working at Keystone are the people and the opportunity to answer the questions that drive him.
